ABWA NYC Monthly Meeting
Stress Management

What do you do when you're stuck on the train, your computer crashes, or your boss yells at you? You can't control outside circumstances, but you can learn to manage your responses to them.
Stop•Breathe•Reboot is a unique workshop system designed to help individuals manage everyday physical, mental and emotional stresses that accumulate and can potentially lead to burnout or illness.
Learn how to recognize when to stop and recharge. The process involves learning quick, simple, enjoyable skills to do throughout the day which maintain energy levels, relieve stiffness and minor aches and pains, increase focus and regain calm. We empower employees to self-manage in stressful situations using yoga movement, self-massage, breathing techniques, and guided imagery for relaxation - all of which can be done while at a desk.
Stress Management Consultants, Garland Goode and Adrienne Dornbusch, conduct in-house workshops that turn the effects of corporate stress into a positive dynamic that boosts productivity, reduces absenteeism, and enhances collaboration. Join us for an introduction to our workshop series, and see how our strategies and techniques can benefit you.
